Rules
• This is an 18+ event. Due to the mature nature of the source material I am not comfortable including minors in this event. Please understand and respect this rule!• That said, 18+/explicit works will be accepted! These works must be tagged appropriately, both at initial summary submission and final posting (per AO3 guidelines). If you are unsure if your work will contain explicit content, please state this in your summary and be sure to discuss with your artist partner as your work develops.• Recommended word count for completed works is 5,000 words. This is, however, a guideline. Please tell a lovely story and we will all benefit from the food!• Minimum for artists is one completed piece per fic. We will likely run more than one claims cycle and encourage artists to claim more than one fic! Artists are also welcome to create more than one piece if they are so inclined.• I love tyk/shl as much as the next guy, but please keep works for this event focused on qiye. Kind of the whole point of this event is to feed our starving little fandom over here, you understand!• Communicate! The world turns, and life happens to all of us. If something comes up and you're worried about your submission, just let us know! I promise it's actually not a huge deal. This whole event is just for fun and the joy of creating and consuming more beautiful qiye content. Talk to me, talk to your partner, whatever you need, and we'll back you up!
Process
• Sign-ups, claims, and assignments will be managed with Google Forms.• Detailed information on submissions and claims processes will be included on the forms as they are made available. These forms will be announced and linked on Twitter and Tumblr when they are live.• We will likely run more than one round of claims. Artists are encouraged to claim more than one fic! However, each round of claims will only pair an artist with a single fic.• Please follow us on either Twitter or Tumblr (or both!) for updates. If you have any questions, please reach out via DM!
